I live in London, have a base in North Wales and am a fluent Welsh-speaker. I work as a freelance filmmaker, creative producer and trauma-informed group facilitator.

Across projects, I focus on these 4 Cs: Communication, Compassion, Collaboration and Creativity.

Following my master’s in Creative Health, I’ve worked across the charity and creative sectors with a wide range of communities.
